Every single batch of tea we manufacture is microbiologically tested prior
to shipment.
Control samples are kept in our laboratory for one year, and each sample undergoes
a thorough microbiological and sensory evaluation. Quantitative reports are issued
by our microbiologist for each sample, and retained for five years.
Our HACCP program was implemented in 1998.
A copy of our Quality Control Manual is available upon request.
